The project

Built around a real business need.

The brief

The goal was to create a separate residential identity with its own voice and visual presence while maintaining a subtle connection to BLD Companies.

Our approach

A warm, tailored visual system brings traditional real estate credibility into a contemporary setting. Dedicated brokerage and property-management paths, individual listings, and community pages make the site useful to several different audiences.

Scope of work

What we built.

Purposeful design, thoughtful content, and a usable structure—developed through BLD Companies and related work before Altofold Studio's launch.

  • Residential brand direction and custom website
  • Listing pages and property-search integration
  • Local community and property-management content
  • Inquiry forms, analytics and search foundations

Design thinking

Three decisions that shaped the experience.

01

Lead with residential identity

A distinct brand makes the offering immediately understandable to buyers, sellers, and owners.

02

Let homes take center stage

Large photography and property-specific detail create a more personal browsing experience.

03

Keep pathways tailored

Buyers, sellers, and property owners can identify their next step quickly.

What the work demonstrates

Made to support the way the business works.

These case studies describe implemented website features and design choices. They do not claim measured increases in leads, traffic, rankings, or sales.
